  1. Dear Tess,

I have been cycling at high intensity (650mi a month) for over 8 months now (though I have been a cyclist for some time now). I eat healthy but have not been able to lose a lot of weight since I increased the intensity. I am 82kg and 180cm tall. I would like to get to 74/75kg (under 11 stone) over the next five months but, in light of the recent developments, I see this as a difficult. I may be taking in quiet a bit of sugar in my diet but I due to the amount of exercise that I throw in I believe I should be burning it all.

It would be good to have a consultation.

    • Dear Federico,

Dropping kg’s in weight may be difficult as you will be building muscle as your training intensity goes up. There are things you can do to drop body fat however, if this is something you are looking to do. Drop me an email at [email protected] and we can arrange a consultation
