Only a few ingredients are needed for this dairy-free smoothie, which uses almond milk in place of your regular cow’s milk. It tastes great (despite the fact I don’t like almond milk!) and packs a health punch with addition of the chia seeds.
You will need:
100ml ish almond milk
1tbsp chia seeds
pinch of cinnamon
Blitz your banana in a blender and add enough almond milk to bring it to a drinkable consistency. Add a pinch or more (depending how much you like it) of cinnamon and make sure everything is combined. Stir in the chia seeds and pour into a glass. Enjoy! Great addition to breakfast or for a post-workout snack.
